This is a basic easy recipe that produced wonderful flavor - not to tart and not to sweet.

Ingredients
  1. 12 oz cranberries
  2. 1/2 cup white sugar
  3. 1/2 cup orange juice
Instructions
  1. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice.
  2. Stir in the cranberries and cook until they start to pop (about 10 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and put it in a bowl to thicken as it cools.
Notes
  1. Found a recipe on allrecipes.com that looked simple. It seemed like it had far too much sweeteners so we cut both the sugar and orange juice down. The taste was just perfect for our liking - some sweet and some tart of the cranberry.
