Deviled Eggs
Lauren has perfected this recipe for delightfully bite-sized deviled eggs. The chickens have a hard time keeping up with our demand for these.

  1. 12 eggs, hard-boiled
  2. 1/2 c mayo
  3. 2 t vinegar
  4. 2 t mustard (not dry)
  5. 1/4 t salt
  6. Pinch of black pepper
  7. Shake of paprika
  1. Hard boil eggs and let them cool.
  2. Have your mom peel your eggs. (It's fun to watch her doing the messy work.)
  3. Slice the eggs in half longwise and scoop out yolk.
  4. Smoosh yolk with fork.
  5. Mix together all ingredients, except paprika.
  6. Scoop this yellow, creamy mixture into your empty egg halves.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika.
  8. Share if you have to.
